Questions we hear most
How fast can a technician come?
Book before 4 pm for a same-day visit in most areas. Average arrival is about 90 minutes inside our core areas.
What does the AED 99 inspection fee cover?
A full on-site diagnosis and a written quote. If you approve the repair, the fee is credited to your invoice.
Do you use genuine Bosch parts?
We print the part number on your quote and invoice so you can check it. Ask the technician where a part comes from before you approve the quote.
What does the 90-day warranty cover?
Parts and labour for the repaired fault. If it returns within 90 days, we come back at no charge.
Are you part of Bosch?
No. We are an independent specialist company and are not affiliated with BSH.
Do you repair appliances in rented apartments?
Yes. Tenants can book directly, and landlords or property managers can receive invoices and approve quotes.
What are your opening hours?
We take messages and bookings every day from 7 am to 10 pm, Fridays and weekends included.
Can I phone you?
No. We work by WhatsApp only, so the photos, the quote and the invoice stay in one thread. If you cannot use WhatsApp, use the booking form.
Which appliances do you repair?
Bosch washing machines, dryers, washer-dryers, dishwashers, fridges and freezers, ovens, hobs, cooker hoods, microwaves and coffee machines. We do not repair other brands.
What do I pay if I decline the repair?
The inspection fee only: AED 99 plus 5% VAT, which is AED 103.95. We start a repair only after you approve the written quote.
What if the same fault comes back?
Message us on WhatsApp with the invoice. If the fault returns within the warranty period written on it, we repair it again under the warranty.
