    Coins, hair, lint or small items collect in the filter behind the service flap.

    Kinked or blocked drain hose

    Common

    A bent hose or blocked standpipe prevents draining.

    Failed drain pump

    Common

    The pump hums but does not move water, or does not run.

    Control board or wiring

    Less likely

    The board does not send power to the pump.

Safe checks you can try first

Switch the appliance off at the wall and wait two minutes before checking filters or hoses. Never open the appliance housing or touch internal wiring. If water or burning smells are present, stop and call us.
