Terms of Service
These terms apply when you book or use a repair service from Bosch Repair Dubai ("we", "us"). We are an independent repair company. We are not Bosch, not part of BSH and not an authorised Bosch service agent. Please read these terms before you send a booking request.
Booking
A booking request sent through our website or on WhatsApp is a request for a visit, not a confirmed appointment. A booking is confirmed when we reply with a time window. We confirm a two-hour arrival window, and we message you on WhatsApp 30 minutes before the technician arrives. Someone aged 18 or over should be at the address, or you should tell us in the thread who will give access.
Quotes and approval
Prices we give before the visit are ranges based on the fault you describe. The firm price is the written quote the technician gives you after diagnosing the appliance, with the part number. We start a repair only after you approve the quote. Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED), and 5% VAT is added.
If the technician finds a second fault while working, we stop, give you a new written quote and wait for your approval.
Inspection fee
If you decline the quote, you pay the inspection fee of AED 99 plus 5% VAT, which is AED 103.95. If you approve the quote, the inspection fee is included in the repair price shown on the quote.
Payment
You pay after the work is completed and tested. We accept the payment methods we confirm in the thread before the visit. We issue a UAE tax invoice showing VAT on its own line, the part number next to the part and the warranty period.
Warranty
The warranty on a repair is the period written on your invoice. It covers the repaired fault and the part fitted. It does not cover a different fault, damage caused after the visit, misuse, flooding, power surges, or work by anyone else on the same part. If the repaired fault returns within the warranty period, message us on WhatsApp with the invoice and we repair it again under the warranty.
Your rights under UAE consumer law are not affected by this section.
Manufacturer's warranty
If your appliance is inside the manufacturer's warranty, the warranty route is Bosch's or your retailer's. Repair by a company other than Bosch's service network may affect the manufacturer's warranty terms. Check your warranty terms before you book. Cancelling or moving a visit
Message us on WhatsApp with your booking details and the new time you prefer. Please tell us as early as you can so we can offer the window to another customer.
Access and safety
You must give the technician safe access to the appliance and its water, gas and electrical connections. A technician may decline or stop work if conditions are unsafe, for example a gas smell, exposed wiring or flooding. In that case we explain why, and you pay only for the work done and any inspection already carried out.
Parts
If a part has to be ordered, we tell you the lead time before you approve the quote. The part number is shown on the quote and the invoice. We do not state on this website that parts are original Bosch parts.
Our responsibility
We carry out repairs with reasonable skill and care. We are responsible for loss caused by our own failure to do so, as UAE law provides. We are not responsible for loss caused by a fault that existed before our visit and was outside the repair you approved, or by events outside our control.
Complaints
Message us on WhatsApp at +971 55 209 9785 with the word "Complaint", the date of the visit and what happened. We reply in the thread. If you are not satisfied, UAE consumer protection rules give you a route outside us. Our Bosch customer care guide explains the steps.
Changes and governing law
We may change these terms. The terms in force when you book apply to that booking. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
