This policy explains what personal data Bosch Repair Dubai ("we", "us") collects when you use this website or message us, why we use it and what you can ask us to do with it. We are an independent repair company, not Bosch and not affiliated with BSH.

What we collect

• Booking details you enter in the booking form or send on WhatsApp: your name, mobile number, email address if you give one, your area, your building and apartment or villa, access notes, the appliance, the fault and its display code.
• Photos and videos you send of the appliance, its display or the fault.
• Messages you send us on WhatsApp, and our replies.
• Business details you give us if you ask for an invoice in a company name or a proposal for a portfolio: company name, contact name, tax registration number and number of units.
• Basic technical data, such as your browser type and the pages you visit, which your browser and our hosting provider handle when you load the website.

How the forms work

The booking form and the quote forms on this website do not send your details to our servers. When you finish them, they open WhatsApp with a message already written. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp. WhatsApp's own privacy terms apply to messages sent through it.

Why we use it

• To reply to you, give you a price range and agree a time window.
• To send the technician to the right address and tell you when they are arriving.
• To diagnose the fault, write the quote and invoice, and honour the warranty.
• To keep the records that UAE tax and consumer rules require for invoices.
• To answer a complaint or a question about a repair.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it to send marketing messages unless you ask us to.

Who sees it

• Our staff and the technician assigned to your visit.
• Meta Platforms, as the provider of WhatsApp, for messages sent through WhatsApp.
• Our website hosting provider, for the technical data that handles page requests.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep booking messages, quotes and invoices for as long as the warranty applies and as long as the law requires us to keep tax records. When we no longer need other data, we delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us what data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it where the law allows. Message us on WhatsApp at +971 55 209 9785 with the word "Privacy". UAE federal data protection law, Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, gives individuals rights over their personal data, and we will answer your request within the time the law allows.

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
