Bosch Appliance Repair Prices in Dubai
Most people searching for a repair price want one number, and no honest repairer can give one before looking at the appliance. A blocked drain pump filter and a failed control board both show up as "washing machine not draining", and they differ in cost by several hundred dirhams. What a repairer can do is show how the price is built, give the range for each fault, and commit to a written quote before any work starts. That is what this page does.
The ranges below are ours, drawn from the faults and prices on our own service pages. They are not Bosch prices. Bosch UAE's repair page states no prices, quotes or inspection fee, and sends you to its contact page or to BSH 048030400 for cost questions. We also have not benchmarked other companies, and we do not quote competitors' prices. Where this page says "Bosch says", it names the page and country. Where it says "ours", it is our own practice or reading, and Bosch has not said it.
We repair Bosch appliances. We are an independent company, not the manufacturer and not an authorised Bosch agent. If your appliance is inside Bosch's warranty, contact Bosch first. Our guide to authorised and independent repair explains how to decide.
At a glance
- Inspection and written quote: AED 99, deducted from the repair if you go ahead
- Repair ranges: AED 120 to 900 depending on the appliance and the fault, excluding 5% VAT
- VAT: 5% added to the total, shown on a separate line of your invoice
- If you decline the repair: you pay AED 99 plus 5% VAT, which is AED 103.95
- Warranty: 90 days on parts and labour for the repaired fault
- The quote you approve is the price. If we find a second fault, we stop and ask before doing more
Bosch repair prices in Dubai: how a quote is built
A repair price has four parts, and a good quote shows all four.
The inspection. This is the diagnosis: the technician comes to your home, tests the appliance, finds the failed part and writes down the price. It costs AED 99. If you approve the repair, the AED 99 comes off the total, so the inspection is a deposit against the repair and not an extra on top of it.
The part. Every repair that needs a part has one part number, and that number is on your quote and your invoice. The part is usually the largest single cost. A door seal, a drain pump and a heating element are low to mid cost. A control board, an induction module and a compressor-side part are at the top.
The labour. Labour reflects how long the appliance takes to reach and reassemble. A freestanding washing machine you can pull forward is quick. A built-in oven or an integrated dishwasher behind a cabinet panel takes longer. The time column in the tables below is our estimate of the visit for each fault.
The VAT. The standard UAE rate is 5% (the Federal Tax Authority's bulletin names it as the standard rate), and we add it to the total, not to the parts alone.
Here is how that works when you approve a repair. The technician finds a failed drain pump on a washing machine. The quote says AED 260 all in. That AED 260 already includes the AED 99 inspection, so you do not pay AED 99 and then AED 260 more. VAT is AED 13.00, and you pay AED 273.00 in total.
The written quote lists the following, and you can ask for any of it that is missing:
- The appliance and the model code
- The fault found, in plain words
- The part, with its part number
- The price for the part and for the labour, or a single all-in figure
- The inspection credit
- VAT as a separate line
- The warranty on the repair
- How long the quote is valid
If a repairer will not put a price in writing before starting, treat that as a reason to stop. We cover this in the comparison section below.
VAT, tax invoices and what you should receive
VAT in the UAE is 5% on standard-rated supplies, and the Federal Tax Authority's bulletin says that tax invoices are required for all standard-rated supplies. A UAE invoicing guide we read says only VAT-registered businesses charge it. The FTA bulletin gives the mandatory registration threshold as AED 375,000 of taxable supplies over twelve months and a voluntary threshold of AED 187,500. So the first question on any quote is whether the company is registered, and if it charges VAT, whether its tax registration number is on the invoice.
The FTA bulletin also says a simplified tax invoice can be used for customers who are not VAT-registered, or for registered customers when the amount is AED 10,000 or less. A UAE invoicing guide we read lists what a full tax invoice shows and attributes the list to Article 59(1) of the VAT Executive Regulation: the words "Tax Invoice", the supplier's name, address and tax registration number, the customer's details, a sequential invoice number, the date, a description of the work, the amounts in AED, the tax rate and the tax charged. We have not read the regulation text itself, so treat that list as a guide and check it with your accountant if the invoice matters for your books.
On our invoices the VAT appears on its own line, the part number appears next to the part, and the warranty period is stated. Our invoices are issued as UAE tax invoices. If you are a tenant claiming nothing, you only need the invoice for your records and the warranty. If you are a landlord, a property manager or a company, you need the tax invoice with the registration number, and you can tell us before the visit so it is issued to the right entity.
A quick way to check any quote: take the total and divide by 1.05. If the answer is the price before VAT, the VAT is correctly 5%. A total of AED 546 comes from AED 520 plus AED 26. If the VAT line is missing and the company says "VAT included", ask for the invoice to show the split.
Price guide by appliance and fault
These are the ranges we work to, in AED, before 5% VAT. We set them from the likely part and the time the job takes, not from a survey of the market. Each range includes the AED 99 inspection (it is credited, not added). The range for a fault is wide because the part varies by model and series. Your written quote is the price, and these tables are a guide to whether a quote is in the right area. Each appliance heading links to the full guide for that appliance.
Washing machines
| Fault | Typical time | AED |
|---|---|---|
| Not draining | 45 to 90 min | 150 – 320 |
| Not filling | 45 to 90 min | 160 – 300 |
| Not heating | 60 to 120 min | 260 – 480 |
| Leaking | 45 to 90 min | 180 – 380 |
| Not spinning | 60 to 120 min | 220 – 520 |
| Will not start | 60 to 120 min | 250 – 650 |
| Noisy drum, bearings | 2 to 4 hours | 380 – 780 |
| Control module fault | 60 to 150 min | 320 – 750 |
Washing machines have the widest spread because the same symptom can be a filter or a board. A machine that will not drain is usually in the lower half of its range when the cause is a blocked filter and in the upper half when the pump has failed. The top of the table is bearings, which are slow because the drum has to be split. See the washing machine repair guide for what each fault involves.
Dryers and washer-dryers
| Fault | Typical time | AED |
|---|---|---|
| Dryer: long cycles, damp clothes | 45 to 90 min | 180 – 340 |
| Dryer: not heating | 60 to 120 min | 220 – 480 |
| Dryer: drum will not turn | 60 to 150 min | 240 – 520 |
| Dryer: display or controls dead | 60 to 150 min | 340 – 620 |
| Washer-dryer: no heat or lukewarm | 60 to 120 min | 280 – 520 |
| Washer-dryer: not spinning or noisy | 60 to 240 min | 220 – 780 |
| Washer-dryer: will not start | 60 to 150 min | 250 – 650 |
Dryer prices depend on whether the fault is airflow or a failed part. A clogged exchanger or filter is a cleaning job at the bottom of the range. A failed sensor, belt or control module sits higher, as our dryer repair page explains. Washer-dryers carry both the washing and the drying faults, so they run higher. The washer-dryer guide covers the changeover faults.
Dishwashers
| Fault | Typical time | AED |
|---|---|---|
| Not draining | 45 to 90 min | 160 – 340 |
| Not filling | 45 to 90 min | 170 – 320 |
| Not heating | 60 to 120 min | 300 – 480 |
| Leaking | 45 to 90 min | 180 – 420 |
| Not cleaning | 60 to 90 min | 180 – 460 |
| Will not start | 60 to 120 min | 180 – 540 |
| Control module fault | 60 to 150 min | 350 – 540 |
A drain fault caused by a blocked filter sits at the bottom of the range, and a failed pump sits higher. Our pages on E09 (typically AED 300 to 480) and E15 (typically AED 170 to 420) break the cost down by the cause found. A heating fault costs more than a drain fault because the heater assembly is a more expensive part than a pump filter or a sensor. See the dishwasher repair guide.
Refrigerators and freezers
| Fault | Typical time | AED |
|---|---|---|
| Blocked drain | 30 to 60 min | 150 – 280 |
| Door seal | 30 to 75 min | 160 – 420 |
| Fan fault | 45 to 120 min | 200 – 480 |
| Defrost fault | 60 to 150 min | 250 – 620 |
| Temperature sensor or thermostat | 45 to 120 min | 220 – 520 |
| Control board | 60 to 150 min | 300 – 750 |
| Ice maker or water line | 45 to 120 min | 200 – 560 |
Fridges have the highest ceiling on our price list, AED 900, and it is not in the table because it belongs to sealed-system work, which we quote only after inspection. The compressor, the pipework and the refrigerant form a sealed circuit, and a fault there is the most serious and the most expensive cause. Everything in the table is an ordinary part-swap job. The refrigerator guide says how to tell the two apart before you book.
Ovens, hobs, cooker hoods and microwaves
| Appliance and fault | Typical time | AED |
|---|---|---|
| Oven: not heating | 45 to 120 min | 180 – 520 |
| Oven: door seal or hinge | 45 to 90 min | 150 – 380 |
| Oven: touch panel or display | 60 to 150 min | 350 – 780 |
| Hob: induction zone not heating | 60 to 120 min | 250 – 560 |
| Hob: dead or no display | 60 to 150 min | 350 – 780 |
| Hob: gas burner will not light | 30 to 90 min | 200 – 420 |
| Cooker hood: light out | 30 to 60 min | 150 – 280 |
| Cooker hood: weak suction, capacitor or motor | 45 to 90 min | 180 – 450 |
| Microwave: no heat | 45 to 90 min | 220 – 420 |
| Microwave: turntable motor | 30 to 60 min | 140 – 220 |
Built-in appliances cost more in labour because they sit in a housing. A cracked hob glass top is not in the table because the price depends on whether the part exists for your model: we quote it on the model code. The guides for ovens, hobs, cooker hoods and microwaves each list the faults in full.
Coffee machines
| Fault | Typical time | AED |
|---|---|---|
| Leaking | 45 to 75 min | 150 – 320 |
| No coffee | 45 to 90 min | 180 – 460 |
| Grinder noise | 60 to 90 min | 260 – 560 |
A coffee machine call that is only scale is a descaling job at the low end. A pump or a brew unit is the middle of the range, and a grinder is the top. Our coffee machine guide says when descaling is enough.
What moves a price up or down
The same fault can sit anywhere in its range. These are the six things that decide where, and each one is something you can check or tell us in advance.
1. The part. This is the biggest factor. Within one fault, the part differs by model and series. Control boards, induction modules and display modules are expensive. Seals, hoses, filters and sensors are not. Tell us the model code and we can name the likely part before the visit.
2. Access. A freestanding washing machine you can pull out costs less in labour than an integrated dishwasher behind a fitted panel, or a built-in oven that has to be slid out of a tall housing. We ask whether the appliance is built in when you book.
3. Whether the part is on the van. We bring the likely part when we know the model. If the part has to be ordered, the price does not change, but there is a second visit to fit it. That second visit is covered by the same quote.
4. How many faults there are. A machine that is not draining may also have a worn pump seal. We stop and quote the second fault separately. You decide whether to fix both.
5. Age and availability. An older model may need a part that takes longer to source. Bosch's own UAE spare parts pages are covered on our parts page, including what Bosch UAE says about how long parts stay available.
6. The cause outside the appliance. A dishwasher that does not fill may have an issue with the building's water supply and not the machine. A hood that pulls weakly may have a blocked duct. We tell you when the fault is outside the appliance, and you pay for the inspection only.
Worked examples
These are placeholders for the arithmetic, not promises. Each all-in figure includes the AED 99 inspection, and VAT is 5% of the total.
| Job | All-in price | VAT 5% | You pay |
|---|---|---|---|
| Washing machine, failed drain pump | AED 260 | AED 13.00 | AED 273.00 |
| Dishwasher, heating element | AED 380 | AED 19.00 | AED 399.00 |
| Refrigerator, door seal | AED 290 | AED 14.50 | AED 304.50 |
| Oven, touch panel module | AED 520 | AED 26.00 | AED 546.00 |
| Induction hob, zone coil | AED 440 | AED 22.00 | AED 462.00 |
| Coffee machine, leaking valve | AED 210 | AED 10.50 | AED 220.50 |
| Any appliance, repair declined | AED 99 | AED 4.95 | AED 103.95 |
Take the dishwasher row. The technician finds a failed heating element. The quote is AED 380, and that figure already contains the AED 99 inspection. VAT of AED 19.00 brings the total to AED 399.00. You pay once, at the end, after the dishwasher is heating again and the technician has run a cycle with you.
Take the last row. The technician diagnoses a failed control board on a ten-year-old machine, and the quote is more than you want to spend. You say no. You pay AED 99 plus AED 4.95 VAT, a total of AED 103.95. You get the written diagnosis and the part number, and you can take the quote to another company or to Bosch.
If the technician cannot find the fault, or finds one that cannot be repaired, the same rule applies: you pay for the inspection and nothing more.
What Bosch publishes about its own repair prices
If you are weighing an independent repair against Bosch's own service, you need to know what Bosch states, and in the UAE it states very little.
Bosch UAE. The repair service page says Bosch engineers repair appliances both inside and outside warranty. It says home visits are available for major appliances and that consumer and kitchen products are repaired in Bosch workshops. It publishes no prices, no inspection fee and no quote terms. For cost questions it points you to its contact page and to BSH 048030400. Our guide to Bosch customer care in the UAE lists the routes. Because Bosch UAE states no figures, we cannot compare our prices with Bosch's, and any page that claims to is guessing.
Bosch UK. Its oven repair page publishes its call-out charges and says the call-out covers the engineer's call-out and labour "no matter how long the repair takes to complete." Spare parts are charged in addition. Within warranty the repair is free subject to the warranty terms. Outside warranty the repair is chargeable even if the engineer cannot fix the appliance. Payment is by card to the engineer on the day. The page also says approved service partners in some areas may charge different prices.
Bosch Hong Kong. Its service rates page publishes a table, and describes the structure: free onsite inspection, repair and parts within warranty. After warranty, a separate onsite inspection fee, a labour charge and a transport charge apply. The page says warranty parts replacement does not cover consumable and wearable parts, and that a customer pays the inspection fee even if the product cannot be repaired. It does not say whether the inspection fee is credited to a repair.
We do not quote either market's amounts, because they are not UAE prices and they would not help you here. What the two pages do show is which questions matter, and you can put them to any repairer, including us:
| Ask | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Is there a separate call-out or inspection fee? | Some charges are paid even if nothing is repaired |
| Is it credited to the repair? | It changes what a repair actually costs |
| Is labour included in the price, or charged by the hour? | A fixed price protects you from a long job |
| Are parts included, or extra? | UK-style pricing adds parts to the call-out |
| What happens if the appliance cannot be fixed? | Check what you owe |
| Is a second visit for an ordered part charged? | It can double the cost of a visit |
| What is the warranty, and on what? | A warranty on the repair is separate from the appliance warranty |
Repair or replace?
The price of a repair means little until you compare it with the price of replacing the appliance. This is our rule of thumb, and it is ours, not Bosch's.
- Repair when the quote is under about half the price of a comparable new appliance and the appliance is under about ten years old.
- Think hard when the quote is above half, or the appliance is older than ten years and has already failed more than once.
- Replace when the quote is close to the price of a new one, or the fault is one the appliance's design makes repeat.
Work it out like this. Find the current price of a comparable new model. Halve it. If your quote is below that figure and the appliance is young, repair. For an illustration only, if a comparable new machine costs AED 2,000, a quote below AED 1,000 passes the first test. We do not give new-appliance prices on this page, because retail prices change and any figure we printed would go out of date.
Three things change the sum. First, a repair that fixes the cause lasts. A pump that failed because of a foreign object is gone for good, but a control board that failed from a water leak will fail again if the leak is not fixed. Second, your landlord may be the one paying, and an older appliance in a rental may be the owner's decision. Third, installation matters: replacing a built-in appliance means a matching cut-out, so a repair often costs less than the work of fitting a new one. Our parts page and the guide for each appliance give worked examples.
We tell you when a repair is not worth it. If the technician's honest advice is to buy new, you owe the inspection and nothing more.
How to compare two quotes
If you have a quote from us and one from another company, or one from Bosch, put them side by side with this list. A cheaper number only means something if the items match.
| Check | What a good quote shows |
|---|---|
| In writing before work starts | A written price, not a verbal "around 300" |
| The fault | The failed part named, not "a problem with the board" |
| The part | A part number, not "original" or "genuine" |
| What the price includes | Parts, labour, inspection credit, VAT |
| VAT | A separate line |
| Second visit | Included if the part has to be ordered |
| Warranty | A period, in days, on parts and labour |
| Validity | How long the quote holds |
| If you decline | The exact fee, stated up front |
A quote that is AED 60 lower but has no part number, no warranty and a separate VAT charge added at the end is not lower. Add the missing items before you compare.
Red flags in a repair quote
These patterns are worth walking away from, and they apply to any company.
- A very low headline price with no breakdown. The "AED 49 repair" that becomes AED 400 once the technician is in your kitchen.
- Payment before diagnosis. You should not pay a deposit by transfer to a personal account. We cover this in the customer care guide.
- No invoice, or an invoice with no company name. A genuine business can give you one.
- "Original Bosch parts" with no part number. The claim is meaningless unless you can check the number. Our parts page explains what "original", "genuine" and "compatible" promise and what they leave open.
- A new fault found at every visit. One extra fault is normal. A different one each time is not.
- No warranty on the repair, or one that is verbal only.
Payment, invoices and records
You pay after the work is finished and the appliance has been tested with you. We accept card, cash and bank transfer to the company account, and not to any individual. The invoice follows by message or email on the same day.
Keep three documents together for each appliance: the quote, the invoice and the warranty statement. If you rent, send them to your landlord or property manager. If the same fault returns inside the 90 days, they show which repair and which part are covered.
Landlords, property managers and companies
If you manage several units, tell us before the first visit. We can issue each invoice to the owning entity, with its registration number, and tell us if you want the unit or flat number written on it. The inspection credit works the same way on each visit. Our business and property manager page describes the yearly plans, and the plan terms are set out there. This page covers the per-visit prices only.
Checks that can save you the inspection
Some faults are not faults. A few minutes of checking before you book can end the problem, and the guides below tell you how to do each check safely. If the check does not fix it, you have lost nothing, and you can tell us what you ruled out, which shortens the visit.
| Appliance | Check before you book | Guide |
|---|---|---|
| Washing machine not draining | Clean the pump filter, with the machine unplugged and a towel under it | Clean the filter |
| Washing machine stuck on a code | Reset by switching off at the wall, as Bosch's pages describe | Reset guide |
| Dishwasher not draining or cleaning badly | Clean the filter and check the spray arms | Clean the filter |
| Dishwasher stuck on a code | Reset it | Reset guide |
| Coffee machine slow or off-tasting | Descale and clean the brew unit | Descale guide |
| Cooker hood weak | Wash the grease filter, replace the carbon filter if due | Cooker hood guide |
| Microwave not heating | Seat the plate and ring, run the cup-of-water test | Microwave guide |
Know the limits. Bosch Singapore advises against attempting repairs yourself, and our guides draw the same line: the checks above need no tools and no panel off, and anything beyond them is for a technician. If a code returns after the reset, the reset has told you something, and the inspection is the next step.
Why a quote can change at the visit
The range at booking and the quote at the visit can differ. These are the reasons, so none of them surprises you.
The model is not the one you named. A code read from memory or from the wrong label points to a different part. This is why we ask for a photo of the rating plate. The quote follows the appliance we find.
There is a second fault. The part you booked for is fine, and something else has failed, or a worn part next to it should be replaced at the same time. We quote the extra work separately and you choose. Declining the second fault does not change the price of the first.
The fault is outside the appliance. Low water pressure, a blocked building drain, a tripped supply or a blocked duct can mimic an appliance fault. We tell you, and you pay for the inspection only.
The part is not available. If the part has been discontinued or has a long lead time for your model, we say so before quoting, and your options are an alternative part, a different repair route or replacement.
What does not change: the quote you have approved. Once you have said yes to a written price, that price holds for that repair. A change needs your agreement before the work, not after.
Reading a quote line by line
Here is what a quote looks like, so you can match it against any you receive. The figures are illustrative.
| Line | Example | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| Appliance | Bosch washing machine, model WAN28... | The code matches the rating plate |
| Fault found | Drain pump failed, impeller blocked and worn | A named part and cause, not "needs repair" |
| Part | Drain pump, part number on the quote | A number you can check against Bosch's spare parts pages |
| Labour and part | AED 260 all in | Whether it includes the inspection credit |
| Inspection credit | Included, AED 99 | Shown or stated |
| VAT 5% | AED 13.00 | On its own line |
| Total payable | AED 273.00 | Matches price x 1.05 |
| Warranty | 90 days, parts and labour | A period and what it covers |
| Valid until | A date | How long the price holds |
If any line is missing, ask for it before you say yes. A short pause here costs nothing, and a missing line is the commonest source of disputes later.
What is not on our price list
Some charges exist in the wider market, and they are worth listing so you know we are not hiding them. We do not add any of these to a Dubai visit, and you can ask us to confirm that in writing:
- A separate call-out or travel fee on top of the AED 99 inspection
- A weekend, evening or public holiday surcharge
- A parking or access fee
- A charge for a second visit to fit an ordered part
- A fee for the written quote
If a repairer you are comparing does charge any of these, add them to its quote before you compare.
What the 90-day warranty covers
The warranty is part of the price, so it belongs in any comparison. Ours covers the part we fitted and the labour to fit it, for the fault we repaired, for 90 days from the day of the repair.
| Situation | Covered? |
|---|---|
| The part we fitted fails again within 90 days | Yes, repaired at no charge |
| The same fault returns because the repair did not hold | Yes |
| A different part fails | No, quoted as a new repair |
| Damage from misuse, a power surge, flooding or an impact | No |
| Another company opens or repairs the same fault | No, from that point |
| An error caused by something outside the appliance, such as water pressure | No |
Ours: the strongest reason to keep the invoice is that it shows the part number, the fault and the date, and that is what the warranty claim rests on. Photograph it on the day. If your landlord handles repairs, send them the invoice with the warranty line visible.
Bosch's own warranty is separate. It belongs to the appliance, not to our repair. If you are inside it, Bosch's terms decide what is covered, and our authorised and independent repair guide walks through the questions to ask Bosch first.
Have these ready, so the visit is one trip
A repair visit that needs a second trip costs you time even when it costs you nothing else. These are the things that most often turn one trip into two:
- The model code. A photo of the rating plate, not a guess.
- Access. Clear the space around the appliance. For a built-in unit, say so, and say whether the cabinet panel comes off.
- Building permission. Many Dubai buildings require a maintenance permit or a notice to building management before a technician enters, and some limit the hours. Ask your management office, and give us the name and contact if a gate pass is needed. We cannot arrive without it.
- Water and power. Tell us if the appliance has a dedicated isolator or a tripping breaker, and whether the water can be turned off at the appliance.
- What you tried. The reset, the filter you cleaned and what happened, so we do not repeat it.
- Who will be home. The person who can approve the quote on the day. If a landlord approves, give us their number.
Declined repairs, repeat faults and the warranty
If you decline. You pay AED 99 plus VAT, which is AED 103.95, and you keep the diagnosis and the part number.
If we cannot repair it. If the appliance cannot be repaired economically, we tell you at the inspection and charge the inspection only.
If the same fault returns within 90 days. The warranty covers the part and labour for the fault we repaired. We come back and fix it at no charge. It does not cover a different fault, damage from misuse, or a power surge, and we say so on the invoice.
If you need to reschedule. You can move a visit at no charge. Tell us as early as you can, so the slot goes to someone else.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a Bosch repair cost in Dubai?
It depends on the appliance and the fault. Our ranges run from AED 120 for a simple oven light to AED 900 for the largest refrigerator jobs, excluding 5% VAT. The written quote at the inspection is the price.
Is the AED 99 inspection extra?
No. If you approve the repair, the AED 99 comes off the total. If you decline, you pay AED 99 plus 5% VAT, which is AED 103.95.
Does the price include VAT?
The ranges on this page exclude VAT. VAT of 5% is added to the total and shown on its own line of the invoice.
Does Bosch publish its repair prices in the UAE?
Bosch UAE's repair page states no prices, quotes or inspection fee, and points to its contact page and BSH 048030400 for cost questions.
Are your prices fixed?
The quote you approve is the price. If the technician finds a second fault, we stop and quote it separately, and you decide.
What if my appliance is under warranty?
Contact Bosch first. An independent repair may affect your cover, and we do not give legal advice on a specific warranty.
Do you charge a call-out or travel fee?
No. The AED 99 inspection is the only charge before a repair, and it is credited.
What happens if you cannot fix it?
You pay the inspection only, and you get the diagnosis in writing.
Is it worth repairing an old appliance?
Our rule of thumb: repair if the quote is under half the price of a comparable new one and the appliance is under ten years old. Above that, think hard.
Do you give a warranty?
Yes, 90 days on parts and labour for the repaired fault.
Can you issue a VAT invoice to my company?
Yes. Tell us the company name and registration number before the visit.
Can you give me a price from a photo or a WhatsApp message?
We can give a range if you send the model code and a photo of the appliance and the fault. The price is confirmed in writing after the inspection, because the part we find decides it.
Why does the same fault cost different amounts on different models?
The part differs by model and series, and access differs between freestanding and built-in. A range exists because those two things vary.
Why was my quote higher than the range?
Usually a more expensive part for your model, a built-in appliance that took longer to remove, or a second fault. We explain which on the quote.
Do you charge extra for built-in appliances?
