How to Descale a Bosch Coffee Machine in Dubai: When, With What, and Why Hardness Matters
Descaling a Bosch coffee machine takes about twenty minutes and one tablet, and most owners who search for it want the steps. Our coffee machine cleaning guide already has them, for fully automatic machines, Tassimo and filter makers, so we do not repeat them here. This page answers the questions that come before and after the steps: how soon does a machine in Dubai need it, how do you find out your own water hardness, what does the water filter do, which tablet fits which machine, and when is the problem not scale at all.
We rely on Bosch's own pages, and we say which country each one comes from. That matters here more than on most of our guides. Bosch's pages for the Gulf, Qatar and the UAE among them, give no descaling steps. They send fully automatic machines to Bosch's workshop. The steps and the part numbers we quote come from the UK and the US pages, and the booklet for your model is the document that decides.
We are an independent Bosch appliance repair company, not the manufacturer, and we are not an authorised Bosch agent. If your coffee machine is inside Bosch's warranty, contact Bosch first. For faults and prices see our Bosch coffee machine repair page.
At a glance
- When: follow the machine's display. Bosch UK shows "Descaling programme urgently required!" and, later, "Descaling programme is overdue. Device will shortly be locked." Bosch US says the display alerts you when cleaning and descaling are due.
- How long: Bosch UK's page puts a descale at about 21 minutes. Our cleaning guide has the breakdown.
- How fast scale builds: it depends on your water. The one published Dubai figure we found is a secondary report, covered below, and it is low. Measure your own water rather than trust any number, ours included.
- The water filter is a separate job from descaling. Bosch US says to change it at least every two months, and both Bosch UK and Bosch US say to take it out before a descale.
- The tablet: descaling tablets go in the water tank, and cleaning tablets go elsewhere in the machine. Bosch's US page shows the difference by series. Mixing them up is the easiest mistake to make.
- Stop and message us if: the programme will not start or stops, water leaks, or the machine does not pump after a descale.
Do you need to descale now?
Let the display tell you first. A Bosch fully automatic machine counts its own use and asks for a descale. The sources describe it differently, and the differences are useful.
What the display says
| Source | Message or behaviour | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| Bosch UK | "Descaling programme urgently required!" | Descale immediately. Bosch says failing to do so "may damage your appliance" |
| Bosch UK | "Descaling programme is overdue. Device will shortly be locked." | The machine will lock, and it can only be used again after descaling |
| Bosch US | The display alerts you when cleaning and descaling are due | Delaying "may affect the performance of your appliance and taste of your beverage" |
The UK page also warns that service programmes may vary between appliances, so you should check the instruction manual or contact Bosch if you are unsure. We would add nothing to that for the display itself.
The two stages
The two UK messages describe a sequence. "Urgently required" comes first, and "overdue" with a lock after it. The page does not say how long the machine waits between them, so do not count on days. If it says "urgently required", do it that day. If it has locked, the descale is the only thing that will release it, which makes the tablets worth having in the cupboard before the message appears.
Without a prompt
Not every machine asks. The Bosch pages we read describe display prompts for fully automatic machines and a red descale light for Tassimo, but they describe none for filter coffee makers. For those the interval comes from the manual or from Bosch's pages. Our cleaning guide sets out the intervals side by side, from Bosch UK (about once a month for descaling on a fully automatic machine) to the Tassimo site (about four times a year). Those figures differ because the machines differ, and the sources do not explain how they were set.
Signs worth noticing
Bosch US says delay may change the taste of your drinks and the performance of the machine. Bosch UK's page on fluctuating coffee or milk froth quality goes further. It says strongly fluctuating quality, milk froth spraying among the examples, can be caused by "a build-up of limescale in the appliance", and its recommended solution is "Descale your appliance". The same page gives a second cause, a blocked suction pipe, so limescale is one explanation and not the only one.
Our suggestion, and it is ours, is to check the date of your last descale when you see coffee that varies from cup to cup, milk froth that sprays, or a display message about the programme. None of these proves scale. Bosch South Africa says a machine that will not pump is usually fixed by descaling, but that water running out of the machine usually needs a repair. We come back to that split in the section on what happens afterwards.
What Bosch's Gulf pages say (almost nothing)
The pages for our region are thin on this subject, and it is better to know that now than to find it after an hour of searching.
The pages we read
| Bosch page | Steps | Interval | Products named | What it tells you to do |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Qatar, "descale coffee machine" | None | None | "various special cleaner" and a tested special descaler, with no names or numbers | For fully automatic machines, bring the appliance to the central workshop |
| South Africa | None | None | The same wording | The same advice |
| Australia | None | None | The same wording | The same advice, with a link to manuals and videos |
| UAE, fully automatic coffee machine malfunction | None | None | None | Contact customer service and it will be repaired in the Bosch service workshop |
We looked for a Bosch UAE page on descaling and did not find one. That does not mean none exists. It means we could not open one, and we will not guess what it says.
The numbers on the UAE page
The UAE malfunction page gives 600522553 for a malfunction, and a survey notice on the same page gives a different number for general support: BSH 048030400. We cannot tell you which suits a descaling question, and the page does not say.
What this means for you
Bosch's pages for the region describe descaling as a product Bosch sells and a service its workshop provides. They do not teach the programme. For the programme itself you need the manual or a page from a country that publishes it, and that is why this guide quotes the UK and the US. Their machines are the same families, but we cannot promise that a UK step matches your UAE machine. Where the booklet for your model code disagrees with us, follow the booklet.
Dubai water and scale
How quickly a machine needs descaling depends on the water going through it. We want to be careful here, because the numbers you will find online disagree by a factor of several.
What scale is
Limescale is calcium carbonate that comes out of hard water when it is heated. That description comes from an article by Parthenia, a coffee seller, and the figures later in this section come from the same article. A coffee machine heats water on every brew, so the water in it meets the condition that article describes.
The Dubai figure we found
The one set of figures for Dubai that we could find with an official source behind it comes second-hand. Parthenia's article on whether Dubai water is hard or soft quotes DEWA's Sustainability Report 2025, and reports the following for the Jebel Ali potable water complex.
- Total hardness specification: 40 to 120 mg/L as calcium carbonate.
- Typical value: 60.7 mg/L, against 61.9 mg/L in 2023 and 61.3 mg/L in 2024.
- Calcium: 15.9 mg/L, and magnesium 5.1 mg/L.
- Total dissolved solids: about 216 to 254 mg/L.
We could not open the DEWA report ourselves. The DEWA pages we tried returned errors or carried no hardness data. So treat these as a published secondary source, not as something we checked.
What the numbers mean in the units your machine uses
Bosch's US page speaks of degrees German hardness, °dH. Parthenia converts 60.7 mg/L to about 3.4 °dH, and the range of 40 to 120 mg/L to about 2.2 to 6.7 °dH. By its classification that is soft on the German scale. Our arithmetic agrees: one °dH is about 17.8 mg/L as calcium carbonate.
| Reading | mg/L as CaCO₃ | About °dH |
|---|---|---|
| DEWA typical value, as reported | 60.7 | 3.4 |
| DEWA specification, as reported | 40 to 120 | 2.2 to 6.7 |
| Bosch US threshold for pre-filtering | about 375 | 21 |
| High end of seller claims (below) | 400 | about 22 |
The Bosch US threshold is 21 °dH, and the page recommends pre-filtered water above it. The reported Dubai values sit far below that.
The conflicting claims
Parthenia says softener and filter sellers quote 120 to 400 mg/L for Dubai, and that it found no public dataset behind those figures. We cannot confirm either side beyond what the article says. The honest position is that the value at your tap can differ from the plant's figure, for reasons we cannot see from outside.
What the plant figure does not tell you
- The tank in your building. MyBayut's guide to Dubai tap water, which names DEWA and Dubai Municipality as sources, says storage tanks pose risks to tap water safety and that filters help remove impurities that may mix in during storage. The page does not mention minerals or scale.
- Any softener or filter in your home. If one is fitted, your tap water may be different from the supply.
- Changes over time. DEWA's typical value moved only slightly over the three years the article reports, but that is a plant average and not your kitchen.
Our suggestion, and it is ours: use the number as a reason not to panic, and measure yours.
Soft water is not no scale
Parthenia's own conclusion is that scale risk at about 60 mg/L is low but not zero. It also says to follow the machine maker's guidance and to set the machine's hardness from a measured value. We agree with both, and with its warning against buying a softener on an unmeasured number.
Test and set the hardness
The machine uses a hardness setting to decide when to ask for a descale, and Bosch US says so plainly: knowing your water hardness helps the machine determine how often to descale. If the setting does not match your water, the prompt arrives at the wrong time.
Testing
Bosch US's page gives these steps for the strip that comes with some machines.
- Dip the strip in fresh tap water. Not water that has stood in a jug.
- Let it drain.
- Read it after a minute, using the table in the manual.
The page adds that if you have no strip, you should contact your local water company or supplier. In Dubai that means DEWA, or the building's management for a building supply. Bosch UK lists a hard water test strip among its coffee machine cleaners, but we have not checked whether it is sold in the UAE. The Bosch US page does not say how the strip colours map to °dH, which is why it points you to the manual.
Setting
The Bosch US page covers two cases.
- With a water softening system, select "Softening device" on the appliance.
- Above 21 °dH, use pre-filtered water to reduce limescale deposits.
How to enter a hardness value differs by model. We do not give button sequences, because the pages we read do not, and a wrong sequence is worse than none. The booklet shows them.
Keep a small log
This is our suggestion. A fully automatic machine counts for itself, but a note of your own makes the pattern visible. Write down the date of the test strip and what it read, the hardness setting you entered, the date of each descale, and the date you changed the filter. After two or three descales you can see whether the machine asks more often than your water would suggest. If it does, the first thing to check is that the hardness setting matches the strip, because Bosch US says the setting is what the machine uses to decide. If it asks less often than you expected, that is normal on soft water and not a fault.
Why the setting matters
A machine set for hard water asks for descaling more often than one set for soft water. For a household with soft supply water, a high setting may mean extra tablets. For a household with hard water, a low setting may mean the machine waits too long. We say "may" because the pages do not give the arithmetic. Our reading is that matching the setting to the measured value is the right default.
The water filter
A water filter is optional on the Bosch machines these pages cover, and it is a separate job from descaling. People confuse the two, and it costs them either a skipped filter or an unnecessary tablet.
What Bosch US says
The US page on additional cleaning tips says filters are optional, that they reduce impurities and can improve flavour, and that the water symbol on the display lights when the filter needs changing. It recommends changing the filter "at least every two months". The replacement it lists is the Bosch Espresso Machine Water Filter, TCZ7003US.
What Bosch UK and Bosch Germany say
Bosch UK lists a BRITA Intenza water filter for coffee machines under part 17008836, as a replacement for 17000706 and 00576335, sold as a pack of three. The page does not say how often to change it, which machines it fits, or what it does to scale. Bosch Germany's page on filter cartridges says only, in its description, that freshly filtered water keeps the coffee machine's taste clean. It gives no interval and no hardness advice.
So the sources disagree on how much a filter does. Bosch US gives a change interval and links the filter to flavour and to limescale deposits when the water is very hard. Bosch UK and Germany make no claim about scale. We therefore do not claim that a filter replaces descaling.
Descaling with a filter fitted
Both Bosch UK and Bosch US tell you to take the filter out first.
- Bosch UK, step 5: "Remove the water filter (if there is one)". Step 12 says to rinse the water tank and, if you removed it, replace the filter.
- Bosch US, for the 800, 500 and 300 Series, lists removing the water filter if one is used. On the 300 Series it says at the end to rinse the tank and reinsert the filter.
Our reading is that the descaler would otherwise pass through the cartridge. Neither page explains why.
The Dubai question
We do not know whether the filter cartridges are sold in the UAE, or at what price, and we quote no prices from other countries. If your machine takes one, the part number to check against is on the box, and the booklet says which fits.
Which product: tablets, liquid and part numbers
Bosch's pages from different countries name different products, and the part numbers do not match across them. Here is what each says.
| Source | Product | Part number | Pack |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bosch UK | Descaling tablets, for coffee machines, kettles and hot water dispensers | 00312574 | 6 tablets of 18 g |
| Bosch UK | Liquid descaler, for coffee machines, kettles and steam ovens | 00312521 | Not stated |
| Bosch US | Descaling tablets | 00312530 | 3-pack |
| Bosch US | Descaling tablets | 00312422 | 3-pack |
| Bosch US | Cleaning tablets | 00312502 | 10-pack |
| Bosch US | Cleaning tablets | 00312423 | 10-pack |
| Bosch US | Cleaning tablets | 00312503 | 20-pack |
How to choose
- Match it to your model, not to the country. The UK and US numbers are listings for those markets. The booklet for your model code names the product your machine was designed for.
- Tablet or liquid. Bosch UK lists both for coffee machines. Our cleaning guide gives the quantities per treatment where the page does.
- Descaling and cleaning are different tablets. The next section shows where each goes.
- Tassimo uses its own tablets, and our cleaning guide covers them, including the warning that its site gives against vinegar.
Buying in the UAE
The Bosch pages for the Gulf name no products. We have not confirmed which of these numbers Bosch sells in the UAE, or through whom. Bosch UAE's washing machine pages send you to an Authorized Service Center for the Bosch washing machine cleaner, but we did not find a coffee machine equivalent. Our suggestion is to ask Bosch's customer service for the product by part number, and to avoid buying a tablet from a listing that does not say which machines it is for.
Questions to ask any seller
Descaler is sold by Bosch, by retailers and by third parties, and the listings vary in how much they say. Before you buy, check these.
- Does the listing give a Bosch part number, and does it match the number in your booklet or on Bosch's pages?
- Does it say descaling or cleaning? The two tablets are not interchangeable, as the series table above shows.
- Does it name your machine family? Bosch UK's tablets are described as suitable for coffee machines, kettles and hot water dispensers, and its liquid for coffee machines, kettles and steam ovens. A listing that says only "descaler" does not tell you that.
- Is it for your machine type? Tassimo has its own tablets, and a fully automatic machine does not take them.
- What is in the pack? Bosch UK's tablets are six of 18 g and Bosch US sells its descaling tablets in packs of three, so the cost per treatment depends on the pack, not the sticker.
Vinegar
None of the Bosch pages we read for fully automatic machines mentions vinegar. The Tassimo site warns against it, and Bosch South Africa warns against domestic descaling methods, as our cleaning guide sets out. We do not recommend it.
Not the same job
Cleaning tablets deal with coffee residue. Descaling tablets deal with scale. Bosch US's Calc'n Clean steps show both in one run, with the cleaning tablet in one place and the descaling tablet in another.
Before you start, and what differs by series
The steps are in the cleaning guide, and the booklet is the document to follow. What follows is the preparation, assembled from the two pages that give it, plus the differences that catch people out.
The preparation
- Empty and reinsert the drip tray and the coffee grounds container. Both Bosch US and Bosch UK start here.
- Take out the water filter, if there is one. Covered above.
- Empty and reattach the milk container, if applicable. Bosch US says so for the 800 Series.
- Use warm water. Bosch US says warm, and Bosch UK says lukewarm.
- Let the tablet dissolve completely before you start. Bosch US says so for the 800 and 300 Series.
- Put a container under the spout. Bosch US names 33 oz for the 800 Series and 34 oz for the 500 and 300 Series, which is about one litre. That is our conversion.
- Plan the time. Bosch UK says about 19 minutes for the descale and about 2 for the final rinse.
What differs by series
Bosch US describes three different sequences for Calc'n Clean. We summarise them, and our cleaning guide has the longer version.
| Series | Where the descaling tablet goes | Where the cleaning tablet goes | Notable step |
|---|---|---|---|
| 800 | Dissolved in the water tank | In the slot inside the coffee bean container | Two rinses, each into the container |
| 500 | Dissolved in 17 oz of warm water, in the empty tank | In the ground coffee compartment, after the descale | Start the descale from the display |
| 300 | Dissolved in the tank, to the mark | In the compartment on the right side of the brewing unit, behind the red casing | Press the Calc'n Clean button for 5 seconds first |
If you read only one row, read your own. The point of the table is how different they are: a step that is right for a 300 Series is wrong on an 800.
What the pages do not say
- None of the pages says what to do if the programme is interrupted.
- Bosch US says the cleaning tablet and descaling tablet in Calc'n Clean are used in sequence, but it does not say what happens if you run only one.
- None of the pages says how to tell, afterwards, that all the scale has gone.
We leave those blanks as they are.
Built-in machines
Searches for descaling a built-in Bosch coffee machine are a small part of this page's keywords, and the sources are thin.
What Bosch US says
Bosch's US page for built-in machines links to a guide called "How to clean and descale built-in coffee machines", and that guide gives no sequence of its own. Its descaling advice is short: review the owner's manual to learn how to start the process, and the machine "guides you through the steps, including when to add descaler and when to add more water". It names no interval, no container size and no tablet position.
For products it points to the Bosch accessories store. The descaler link contains the number 00573828, and the cleaning tablet link contains 00573829. The page does not say these are the part numbers, only that the links contain them, and it does not say which models they suit. They differ from the countertop numbers in the table above, which fits the idea that the products are model-specific.
What this means for you
A built-in machine walks you through the programme on its own display, and the booklet says how to start it. That makes the display the guide, and a page like this one the background. Two practical points follow, both ours.
- Do not carry a countertop sequence over. The Series 300, 500 and 800 steps above are for countertop machines.
- Check what is around the machine before you start. A built-in unit sits in a housing, and the drip tray and water tank must be reachable without taking anything apart. If a panel hides them, that is a job for a visit, not a reason to remove screws.
Common mix-ups
Most descaling problems we hear about are one of a few mix-ups, each traceable to a source.
| Mix-up | What the source says | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| A descaling tablet where the cleaning tablet goes, or the reverse | Bosch US: on the 500 Series the descaling tablet dissolves in the tank and the cleaning tablet goes in the ground coffee compartment | Check your series row in the table above |
| Descaling with the filter still in | Bosch UK and Bosch US both say to remove it first | Take it out, and put it back at the end |
| Starting before the tablet has dissolved | Bosch US says to let it dissolve fully on the 800 and 300 Series | Wait. A tablet that is still whole when the programme starts is the sign you went too soon |
| Counting a filter change as a descale | Bosch US ties the water symbol to the filter, not to descaling | Treat the two as separate jobs with separate dates |
| Descaling when the problem is a blocked suction pipe | Bosch UK lists a blocked suction pipe as the second cause of fluctuating quality | If a descale does not change it, stop and tell us |
| Leaving the drip tray and grounds container full | Both Bosch pages start by emptying them | Empty them before, and after |
After the descale
When the programme finishes, the Bosch pages say little. Bosch US advises cleaning the brewing unit and milk container afterwards for best results, and our cleaning guide covers both. That is the whole of the aftercare in the sources.
Rinsing
The UK page ends with a final rinse of about 2 minutes, and the US pages end with a rinse and refill of the tank. We have no Bosch page that says to run a number of cups to waste, so we give none. If the booklet says so, follow it.
When the descale does not fix it
Cleaning and descaling treat scale and residue. They do not treat a failed part. The Bosch South Africa pages draw this line.
| Symptom | Bosch South Africa | Our reading |
|---|---|---|
| The machine will not pump water | Descaling is usually the fix | Descale first; if a descale and rinse do not restore the flow, the pump or a blocked passage is next |
| Water runs out of the machine | A repair is usually needed | Do not keep descaling. Check the drip tray and the tank seat, then message us |
| Weak or no coffee after a descale | Not covered | Our repair data lists a pump or a clogged brew unit. Clean the brew unit first |
Our cleaning guide walks through the brew unit.
A machine that locked
If Bosch UK's overdue message appeared and the machine locked, the descale is the way out. If you have the tablets and the programme will not start, tell us what the display shows and we will look at it. Do not open the machine.
What a repair costs
These are our Dubai ranges, excluding 5% VAT, and they are estimates until we see the machine: leaking AED 150 to 320, no coffee AED 180 to 460, and grinder noise AED 260 to 560. The written quote gives the exact figure before work starts.
Descale, clean or call: a decision table
The sources separate three jobs, and a symptom can point to any of them. This table sets out what each source supports. The last column is ours.
| What you see | Source | First step | If it does not change |
|---|---|---|---|
| "Descaling programme urgently required!" | Bosch UK | Descale the same day | Send us the display message |
| "Overdue... shortly be locked" or a locked machine | Bosch UK | Descale. It is the only way to use the machine again | Photo of the display, then book |
| Coffee or milk froth that varies cup to cup | Bosch UK: limescale or a blocked suction pipe | Descale | A blocked suction pipe is the second cause, so book an inspection |
| Machine does not pump water | Bosch South Africa: descaling is usually the fix | Descale, then rinse | Pump or blocked passage; book |
| Water runs out of the machine | Bosch South Africa: usually a repair | Check the drip tray and tank seat | Book. Do not descale again |
| Weak coffee, bitter or greasy taste | Bosch US: cleaning removes greasy residue that may affect taste | Clean the brew unit (our cleaning guide) | Book |
| Grinder noise | Not covered by these pages | Our suggestion: stop using the grinder and book | Book |
Reading across the rows, descaling is the right first step for four of the seven, and in each of those the table names the next move. The other three are cleaning or repair problems, where a second descale only wastes a tablet and a morning.
A schedule (ours, not Bosch's)
Bosch's pages give no single interval for a machine in Dubai, and the intervals they do give disagree. This is our suggestion, built from the sources and labelled as ours.
- Follow the display. Do the descale when the machine asks, and do not push an urgent prompt to the next day.
- Set the hardness from a measured value, so that the prompt means something.
- Do not skip the filter if you use one. Change it by the water symbol or at least every two months, as Bosch US says.
- For a machine without a counter, use the interval in its booklet, and if there is none, the Bosch UK figure of about once a month for a fully automatic machine, or the Tassimo site's four times a year for a Tassimo.
- Write the date on the tank, or in your phone, when you finish. A descale you cannot date is one you cannot count.
If your water tests soft, the display may ask less often than a monthly rhythm. Follow the display. A reminder is not a reason to run the programme on a machine that has not asked, since each programme uses a tablet and takes the machine out of use.
What to tell us if you need a visit
- The model code from the rating plate or the booklet, as a photo.
- What the display says, word for word, as a photo.
- When you last descaled and what you used. A photo of the pack helps.
- Whether you use a filter, and when you changed it.
- What you measured: the test strip result, if you have one.
- What you tried, and what happened when you did.
- Access: your building, apartment number and parking, and any approval your building needs. For a built-in machine, say whether a panel hides the controls.
Frequently asked questions
How do I descale a Bosch coffee machine?
Run the machine's own descale programme. Remove the filter, put a descaling tablet in the tank with warm water, wait for it to dissolve, and follow the display. Our cleaning guide has the steps from Bosch UK and Bosch US, and the booklet for your model decides.
How often should I descale a Bosch coffee machine?
Follow the display. Bosch UK shows urgent and overdue messages, and Bosch US says the display alerts you. Where there is no prompt, Bosch UK gives about once a month for a fully automatic machine and the Tassimo site about four times a year.
Is Dubai water hard?
A secondary report of DEWA's 2025 figures gives a typical total hardness of about 61 mg/L, which is soft on the German scale. We could not check DEWA's report, and your building's tank and any filter can change the water at your tap. Measure yours.
How do I test my water hardness?
Bosch US says to dip the test strip in fresh tap water, let it drain, and read it after a minute with the table in the manual. If you have no strip, contact your water supplier.
Do I take the water filter out to descale?
Yes. Bosch UK and Bosch US both say to remove it first and put it back at the end.
Can I use vinegar to descale a Bosch coffee machine?
We do not recommend it. The Tassimo site warns against vinegar, and the Bosch pages we read for fully automatic machines do not mention it.
Which descaling tablet should I buy?
The one your booklet names. Bosch UK lists 00312574 and Bosch US lists 00312530 and 00312422, but these are listings for those countries. We have not confirmed which Bosch sells in the UAE.
Does a water filter replace descaling?
No. Bosch US treats the filter as optional and ties the water symbol to changing it, while descaling has its own prompts. Bosch UK and Bosch Germany make no claim that a filter prevents scale. Keep both jobs.
How do I descale a Bosch built-in coffee machine?
Bosch US says to review the owner's manual to start the process, and that the machine guides you through the steps, including when to add descaler and water. Its page gives no sequence of its own, so follow your display and booklet.
My machine says it will be locked. What do I do?
Bosch UK says a machine in that state can only be used again after descaling. Run the programme. If it will not start, send us the display message.
My machine is under warranty. Should I still message you?
Contact Bosch first. Bosch UAE lists 600522553 for a malfunction and BSH 048030400 for general support. We are an independent repair company and not an authorised Bosch agent, and a repair by us may not be covered by the manufacturer's warranty terms.
Book a coffee machine inspection or repair
Send us the model code, the display message and when you last descaled. We confirm a time window and the price range before we set off. Send us a WhatsApp message with the photos, or use the online booking form. We repair Bosch coffee machines across Dubai, with typical arrival times of 50 to 75 minutes after the technician sets off. Prices shown exclude 5% VAT.
