Bosch Serie 6 Washer Dryer in Dubai: Models, How Wash and Dry Works, Faults and Repair Cost
Look up a "Bosch Serie 6 washer dryer" in the UAE and the first thing you notice is that the numbers do not agree. Bosch's Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore pages list the Serie 6 washer dryers as 10 kg for washing and 6 kg for drying. Bosch UK lists a Serie 6 at 9/6 kg. And a 9/6 kg washer dryer that UAE retailers sell, the WNA244X0GC, is listed by one of them as a Series 4. If you are trying to find your machine, work out what the "Serie 6" in the name promises, or decide what a repair should cost, the model code matters more than the series name.
This page sets out what Bosch's own product and support pages say about the Serie 6 washer dryer, which features they actually list, and what they leave out. It covers the search terms people use, such as "Perfect Dry", and says which of them appear on Bosch's pages and which do not. It also explains how the features change a repair, and what a repair costs in Dubai.
We repair Bosch appliances. We are an independent company and not an authorised Bosch agent. If your washer dryer is inside Bosch's warranty, call Bosch first. For faults, error codes and the five-minute wash-side or dry-side test, see our Bosch washer dryer repair page.
At a glance
- Capacity on Bosch's Serie 6 washer dryer pages: 10 kg wash and 6 kg drying on the Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore pages, and 9/6 kg on the UK page.
- Spin speed: 1400 rpm on every Serie 6 washer dryer page we read.
- Features Bosch lists on the 10/6 kg pages: AutoDry, Wash & Dry in 60 minutes, SpeedPerfect, Reload function and Hygiene Care. Iron Assist appears on the Hong Kong and Singapore pages. Hong Kong adds SilentPowerDrive and waveDrum.
- "Perfect Dry": we did not find this name on the washer dryer pages we read. They list AutoDry.
- The UAE 9/6 kg model, WNA244X0GC, is listed as Series 4 by a UAE retailer.
- Bosch UAE's drying page lists the symptoms and says to call Bosch or a professional. It gives no self-help steps.
- Bosch UAE's one rule for drying: "A washer-dryer works best when you don't fill it up too much."
- A repair in Dubai: typically AED 200 to 800 before 5% VAT, with a 90-day warranty on our repairs.
What a Serie 6 washer dryer is
A washer dryer is one drum that washes and then dries. A separate washing machine and tumble dryer are two machines, and a washer dryer is one that does both jobs in the same drum, with one door and one control module. Bosch's series number tells you the feature level of the range, and 6 sits in the middle of a four-range ladder of 2, 4, 6 and 8 that Bosch uses for its washing machines. Our Bosch Serie 6 washing machine guide compares that ladder for front-loaders.
Two capacities, not one
Every Serie 6 washer dryer page we read shows two figures. The Hong Kong page labels them as a 10 kg wash cycle and a 6 kg wash and dry cycle. The Malaysia and Singapore pages label them as 10 kg washing capacity and 6 kg cotton drying capacity. The UK page shows "9/6 kg" and does not say which figure is which. The first figure is the wash load, and the second is the smaller drying load.
The drying load is smaller because wet laundry needs room. Bosch UAE's page on how a washer dryer works says that it "works best when you don't fill it up too much", and that wet laundry takes up less volume than dry laundry, so the clothes need enough space to "expand" during drying. Our washer dryer page explains what that means in practice: a full wash load put through a drying programme comes out damp on any Bosch washer dryer, and it is not a fault.
What "Serie 6" tells you, and what it does not
The series number tells you the range. It does not tell you which motor, drum or sensor is inside, and it does not tell you the drying capacity. Two machines from the same series can be built differently, and our washer dryer page makes the point that the E-Nr on the rating plate is the number that matters for parts.
The limit that follows from the second figure
If you routinely wash 10 kg and want all of it dried in one go, the 6 kg drying figure tells you this machine will not do it in one cycle. That is the design on Bosch's pages and not a defect. Some owners dry in two batches, and others keep a separate dryer for large loads.
Models Bosch lists
We read the Bosch product pages for three Serie 6 washer dryers and one retailer listing. They agree on the broad features and differ on the detail, partly because the pages come from different countries.
| Model | Source | Capacity (wash / dry) | Spin | Drying notes on the page |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| WNA14490GB/03 | Bosch UK | "9/6 kg", labels not explained | 1400 rpm | None given. The page lists support links, a spare-parts link and a product specification sheet |
| WNG254YDHK | Bosch Hong Kong | 10 kg wash, 6 kg wash and dry | 1400 rpm | AutoDry yes, adjustable drying temperature no, drying progress shown on an LED display |
| WNA254U0SG | Bosch Malaysia and Singapore | 10 kg wash, 6 kg cotton drying | 1400 rpm | Moisture monitored "through time selection, Autodry". Temperature not adjustable. No drying times given |
| WNA244X0GC | UAE retailer (ACE) | 9 kg wash, 6 kg dry | 1400 rpm | Retailer lists 14 programmes, an LED display and a delay timer. It calls the machine Series 4 |
What the three Bosch pages share
All three Bosch pages give 1400 rpm. Both 10/6 kg pages list AutoDry, Wash & Dry in 60 minutes, SpeedPerfect, Hygiene Care, a Reload function, a digital countdown and a time delay. Both list Home Connect as not available. Neither gives an adjustable drying temperature.
Where they differ
The Hong Kong page lists SilentPowerDrive and waveDrum and says AquaStop is not included, with "multiple water protection" instead. The Malaysia page names a brushless BLDC motor, while the Singapore page for the same model code states no motor. The Hong Kong page gives the machine's weight as 79.8 kg and the Malaysia page gives 81.8 kg. These are different model codes, WNG254YDHK and WNA254U0SG, so we do not treat the gap as a conflict. Check the rating plate and manual for your own machine.
What no page gave us
- A UAE Bosch product page for a Serie 6 washer dryer. The UAE sources we found were Bosch's support pages and a retailer.
- The drying time for a full programme.
- The motor warranty. Each Bosch page links out to a warranty page and gives no length.
- The energy class on the Hong Kong and Singapore pages. Malaysia gives class A.
We therefore give no UAE-specific specification beyond what a page shows, and we do not quote a price.
The UAE 9/6 kg puzzle
If you are in Dubai and own a 9/6 kg Bosch washer dryer, there is a good chance the code is WNA244X0GC. We found it on UAE retailer listings, and the retailer we could read calls it a Series 4, with EcoSilence Drive, AquaStop water protection, a child lock and a one-year standard warranty. Bosch UK's Serie 6 washer dryer at 9/6 kg has a different code, WNA14490GB.
What follows from that
- A search for "Bosch Serie 6 washer dryer" does not always find the 9/6 kg model that Dubai retailers sell.
- The 10/6 kg codes on Bosch's Asian pages are labelled Serie 6.
- The series on a retailer listing may differ from the series on the Bosch page for the same code.
What we do not know
We could not load Bosch's own page for the WNA244X0GC, so we cannot say whether Bosch calls it a Series 4 or a Series 6. Bosch UAE does have pages for two similar codes, WNA2440ZGC and WNA2440XGC, which it calls "Series 4 washer dryer 9 kg /5 kg". Our Serie 4 guide sets out that conflict. The ACE listing is a retailer's label, and we treat it as one. A second UAE retailer's listing would not load, and we did not rely on it.
What to do
Read the model code on the rating plate and ignore the series name on the box. The rating plate is on the machine, and our washer dryer page says it is usually inside the door opening or on the back panel. Photograph it before you call. With the E-Nr we can check parts before the visit, which often decides whether the repair finishes in one visit or two.
"Perfect Dry", AutoDry and the features Bosch lists
People search for "Bosch Serie 6 Perfect Dry". We did not find that name on the washer dryer pages we read. It does appear on Bosch's dishwasher support pages, where PerfectDry is a function for drying plastics, which is a different appliance. For the washer dryer, the Bosch pages list the features below.
| Feature | What the Bosch page says | What it changes in a repair |
|---|---|---|
| AutoDry | Listed as yes. Moisture is monitored "through time selection, Autodry" | A sensor sits behind the automatic drying result. A fault on automatic programmes only points at the sensor, not the heater. This is our reading |
| Adjustable drying temperature | Listed as no | There is no temperature setting to change if drying seems weak |
| Wash & Dry 60' | For small loads in 60 minutes | A small-load programme. Do not judge drying on a full load |
| Iron Assist | Steam treatment in the dryer that smooths dried laundry | A feature, not a fault source we can describe |
| SpeedPerfect | "Perfectly clean in up to 65% less time" | A wash feature, not a drying one |
| SilentPowerDrive (Hong Kong) | Listed as yes | The motor type decides the parts. The page does not describe the motor |
| waveDrum (Hong Kong) | Listed | The drum is specific to the range |
| Home Connect | Listed as no | No app or Wi-Fi module on these machines |
| AquaStop | Listed as no on the Hong Kong page, which lists multiple water protection | Check the manual for your own machine |
Reading the table
Two points stand out. First, none of the pages gives a drying time or a drying temperature, so there is nothing for an owner to compare against. Second, the pages describe the features and not the parts. Our washer dryer page adds that the drum and bearing work depends on the E-Nr, and the motor work depends on the motor type.
What "Perfect Dry" probably means
We do not know, and a guess would send you to the wrong feature. If you saw "Perfect Dry" on your machine or a listing, send us a photo of the label.
How wash and dry works, according to Bosch UAE
Bosch UAE's page on how a washer dryer works is short. It says three things.
- Do not fill it up too much. A washer dryer works best with a part load.
- Leave room for the laundry to expand. Wet laundry takes up less space than dry.
- Sensors measure moisture and temperature to decide when the laundry is dry.
The page then tells you to check the instruction manual for error messages and troubleshooting steps, and to contact Bosch customer service if the problem persists. It says nothing about how moisture is condensed, how much water a cycle uses, the drying capacity or how long drying takes.
What the other pages add
The Malaysia and Singapore pages give the missing figure for water: 118 litres for wash and dry with a full wash load, on the WNA254U0SG. The same pages give 6 kg as the cotton drying capacity. These are the figures to quote, since they come from a Bosch page for a Serie 6 washer dryer.
What we can say about the process
Our washer dryer page describes the drying side as a heater, a temperature sensor, a fan, a moisture sensor and a path that carries moist air away and condenses it. That is our description, written for owners, and the Bosch pages we read do not describe the path in those words. A machine that uses water from the supply to condense moisture can be affected by a weak supply. Check your manual for whether yours does.
What this means in use
If you wash 10 kg, take some out before drying, or run the drying programme in two parts. That follows from Bosch UAE's advice about not filling the machine. We do not give a split by weight, because the pages do not.
What Bosch's support pages say when it will not dry
Bosch UAE's page "Washer-dryer not drying" is a stub. It lists the symptoms: laundry still damp after the cycle, the machine not drying properly, or heating up without drying. It says "we recommend calling in the Bosch customer service team", and it says faulty parts "should only be repaired by a professional". It gives +971 600 522 553 for large appliance support and BSH 048030400 for general website support. The only owner advice is to check the garment's care label for whether it can go in a washer dryer, and at what temperature.
What the page leaves out
- Why the machine may not dry.
- What temperature drying should reach.
- Any steps for the owner.
- Load limits, filters, lint and sensors.
The two numbers
The two Bosch UAE numbers appear on Bosch's own pages. We do not know whether both are current, and we give them as printed. Our independent service centre page explains the difference between Bosch support and an independent repairer.
What fills the gap
Our washer dryer page covers the drying-side faults in detail: damp clothes, no heat, cycles that run too long, lint and airflow, a burning smell, and water in the drum after drying. It also gives a five-minute test that tells you whether the problem is on the wash side or the dry side. We do not repeat it here.
Where the advice agrees
Bosch UAE says to call a professional for faulty parts. The Bosch UK and Singapore dishwasher pages follow the same pattern: owner checks first, then an engineer.
Serie 6 features and the faults they point to
This section is ours. Bosch's pages describe the features and do not link them to faults. We link them to the faults we see on washer dryers, and we label the reasoning.
| Complaint | What the Serie 6 features add | Where to look |
|---|---|---|
| Clothes are damp after drying | AutoDry and a time-based option are both listed. A wrong programme choice is the first check | Programme, load size, then the drying side on our washer dryer page |
| Automatic programme ends early or runs long | AutoDry relies on moisture monitoring | A moisture sensor coated with residue is a possibility. Our washer dryer page lists it |
| No heat | No adjustable temperature to change | The heater, the temperature sensor and the board. See our dishwasher heating guide for how the board, sensor and heater fit together |
| Loud spin | waveDrum and SilentPowerDrive are range-specific | Bearings and motor depend on the E-Nr. See our bearing guide for the wash side |
| Water at the door | The door seal serves both halves | See our door seal guide |
| Door will not open after a cycle | The door lock serves both halves | See our door lock guide |
| Will not drain | The pump is shared with the wash side | See our drain pump guide |
Why the wash-side guides apply
Our washer dryer page says a wash-side failure gets the same repair as on a standalone Bosch washing machine. The pump, door lock, seal and bearings do the same job in a washer dryer. The links above go to the wash-side guides for that reason.
What does not carry over
The drying side has no equivalent in a washing machine. A washing machine guide will not help with a heater, a moisture sensor or a condensing path. Those are covered on the washer dryer page.
A practical rule
Decide whether the fault shows during washing or during drying. The wash side points to the wash guides, and the dry side points to the washer dryer page.
Reading the rating plate
The E-Nr is on the rating plate. Our washer dryer page says it is usually inside the door opening or on the back panel. The E-Nr is a code like WNA254U0SG or WNA244X0GC, and it tells us the exact variant.
Why the code beats the name
Three machines in this article carry the Serie 6 name or a near neighbour and differ in capacity, motor naming and series label. The code settles which one you have. It also lets us check whether we carry the part.
What to photograph
- The rating plate, with the E-Nr and the FD production number. Bosch Singapore says both are needed for booking.
- The display, with any code or light pattern.
- The programme dial or screen at the point where the fault appears.
What a repair costs in Dubai
The AED 99 inspection includes the visit, the diagnosis and a written quote. If you approve the repair, the AED 99 comes off the repair price. If you decline, it is all you pay. The ranges below are from our washer dryer page, excluding 5% VAT.
| Fault | Usual cause | Typical fix | Time on site | Price (AED) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Not draining | Blocked pump filter, failed drain pump | Clear the filter, replace the pump | 45 to 90 min | 150 – 320 |
| Not filling | Inlet screens, inlet valve | Clean the screens, replace the valve | 45 to 90 min | 160 – 300 |
| Damp clothes, airflow blocked | Lint in the condenser, duct or fan | Clean the condenser and ducts | 60 to 90 min | 180 – 320 |
| No heat or lukewarm | Heater, thermostat, temperature sensor | Replace the failed part | 60 to 120 min | 280 – 520 |
| Cycle runs too long | Coated or failed moisture sensor | Clean or replace the sensor | 45 to 90 min | 180 – 340 |
| Leaking | Door seal, hose, condensing path | Replace the seal or hose | 45 to 120 min | 180 – 380 |
| Not spinning or noisy | Motor, imbalance sensor, worn bearings | Replace the failed part | 60 to 240 min | 220 – 780 |
| Won't start or stops at changeover | Door lock, control module | Replace the lock, or repair or replace the module | 60 to 150 min | 250 – 650 |
What moves a Serie 6 quote
The part matters most. A drain pump costs far less than a control module or a set of bearings. Access comes next: a built-in washer dryer behind a cabinet panel takes longer to pull out and refit than a freestanding one. Stock decides whether one visit is enough. The machine's capacity does not change the price on its own.
A worked example
Your Serie 6 washer dryer washes well and leaves clothes cold and damp. The technician finds a failed heater. The all-in price is AED 420, which includes the AED 99 inspection. VAT adds AED 21, so you pay AED 441. If you decline the quote, you pay AED 99 plus AED 4.95 VAT, a total of AED 103.95.
The warranty
Every repair carries a 90-day warranty on the parts fitted and the labour for the repaired fault. If the same fault returns inside 90 days, we come back at no charge. The part number appears on your invoice.
Size, space and access
The Hong Kong and Malaysia pages give dimensions that matter when a technician has to reach the back of the machine. They are for the 10/6 kg models only, and the UK and UAE sources give none.
| Detail | Hong Kong (WNG254YDHK) | Malaysia (WNA254U0SG) |
|---|---|---|
| Height × width × depth | 848 × 598 × 590 mm | 850 × 598 × 590 mm |
| Depth with the door open at 90° | 1072 mm | 1072 mm |
| Net weight | 79.8 kg | 81.8 kg |
| Power cord | 210 cm | 210 cm |
| Voltage | 220 to 240 V | Not given in our fetch |
| Installation | Free-standing and stackable | Free-standing |
| Feet adjustment | Not given | Up to 12 mm |
| Door hinge | Not given | Left |
What the figures mean on a visit
This reading is ours. A machine that weighs about 80 kg is not moved by one person without a plan, and the open-door depth of over a metre tells you how much clear floor the door needs. If your machine sits in a narrow laundry cupboard, tell us. A repair to the drum, the bearings or the pump needs the machine pulled out, and a door that cannot open fully makes the pull harder.
The cord and the socket
A 210 cm cord decides how far the machine can be pulled out before it is unplugged. We unplug before any work. If the socket is behind the machine, tell us where it is.
Feet and levelling
The Malaysia page gives the feet adjustment as up to 12 mm. Our washer dryer page lists an unlevel machine among the causes of noise and violent spin. A machine that rocks on its feet is worth levelling before you call, and if the floor needs more than the feet allow, tell us.
Built in or freestanding
The pages we read list free-standing machines. If yours is built in behind a cabinet panel, tell us when you book. Access takes longer, and our quote shows any difference.
Stacking
The Hong Kong page says the machine is stackable. It does not say how, or with what kit, and we do not describe it. If your machine is stacked with a dryer above or below it, tell us before the visit, since a stacked pair may need separating before the lower machine can be pulled out.
Reading a Serie 6 listing before you buy or book
Whether you are buying a used machine, comparing a replacement or describing yours to a technician, the listing is where the confusion starts. These checks are ours, drawn from the differences between the pages above.
- Find the model code first. A code beginning WNA or WNG, followed by digits and letters, is the identifier. Do not rely on the words "Serie 6" in the title.
- Read both capacity figures. The first is the wash load and the second the drying load. If the listing shows only one figure, ask which it is.
- Check what the series label rests on. The same code can carry a different series label on a retailer page and on a Bosch page, as the WNA244X0GC shows.
- Look for the drying system and the drying time. The Bosch pages we read give neither, so a listing that quotes them is quoting something else. Ask where it comes from.
- Check the features against the table above. AutoDry, Wash & Dry 60', Reload and Hygiene Care appear on Bosch's 10/6 kg pages. A feature missing from a listing may only be missing from the listing.
- Check the warranty terms. Every Bosch page we read links out to a warranty page. A retailer's warranty (ACE lists one year) is a separate matter from Bosch's.
- Ask about parts. For a machine you intend to keep, ask whether parts are available for that exact code.
What a listing cannot tell you
How long the drum bearings have left, whether the moisture sensor is coated, and whether the heater is healthy. Those need a test cycle and a look inside, which is what the AED 99 inspection is for.
Using it within Bosch's stated limits
Bosch UAE gives one rule for drying, and our washer dryer page turns it into habits. This section combines them and labels which is which.
From Bosch UAE
- Do not overfill the machine. A part load dries better.
- Leave room to expand. Wet laundry takes up less space than dry laundry, so the clothes need space as they dry.
- Check the care label. Bosch UAE says to see whether the garment can go in a washer dryer and at what temperature.
- Use the manual for codes. It lists the messages for your model.
From our washer dryer page
- Dry within the drying capacity. Overloading is a common cause of damp clothes and long cycles.
- Clean the lint filter after every drying cycle, or the condenser access if your model has one.
- Measure the detergent. Too much leaves residue on the sensors and in the seal.
- Leave the door and drawer open between cycles so the seal dries.
- Run a hot wash now and then, so residue does not build up in the drum and the seal.
Using Wash & Dry 60'
The Bosch pages describe Wash & Dry 60' as the option for small loads in 60 minutes. Treat it as a small-load tool. If a 60-minute run leaves a big load damp, that is the programme working within its description and not a fault.
A quick way to tell a load problem from a fault
Dry a few damp items on their own. If they come out warm and dry, the machine can dry and the earlier result came from the load. Our washer dryer page sets out the full five-minute test, which includes checking the wash side separately.
Questions to ask before you approve a quote
- Which part failed, and how was it confirmed? The answer should name a part and not a symptom.
- Does it sit on the wash side, the drying side or both? A shared part such as the pump, the lock or the seal costs the same as on a washing machine.
- Is it in stock for my exact E-Nr? If not, what is the wait?
- Is the AED 99 inspection credited?
- What is the warranty on the part and the labour? Ours is 90 days.
- What happens if I decline? You pay the inspection and VAT, and the machine is left as found.
A quote that cannot answer
A quote that cannot name the failed part has not finished diagnosing. On a washer dryer that matters more than on a washing machine, because a shared part such as the control module can mimic faults on both sides.
What the sources leave open
The Bosch pages give a clear enough picture of what the machine is, and leave several things open. We would rather list them than fill them.
- What Bosch calls the WNA244X0GC. We could not load its Bosch page.
- What "Perfect Dry" refers to on a washer dryer. Not found on the pages we read.
- Drying times and drying energy. The Malaysia page says it does not give them.
- The drying method. The Bosch pages do not describe how moisture is condensed.
- The motor warranty and the warranty length. Each page links out.
- A UAE Bosch product page for the Serie 6 washer dryer. We did not find one.
- A price. Prices differ by retailer and by week, so we quote none.
If another site gives a confident answer to any of these, ask where it comes from.
Repair or replace
Our washer dryer page works through the decision. The rule is that a repair costing more than about half of a comparable new machine, or a machine past ten years old with two serious faults, points to replacing it. Its worked example for a four-year-old Serie 6 washer dryer with a failed heater and a AED 450 quote, against about AED 3,500 for a new one, comes to about 13%, which it calls a repair.
How the model code affects the decision
A newer Serie 6 with a modern sensor and motor is worth repairing for longer than a machine with several faults. Do not base the decision on the series name. Base it on age, on how many faults it has had and on the quote.
If you are shopping for a replacement
Check the capacity labels. A 9/6 kg and a 10/6 kg machine are different sizes, and the drying capacity is 6 kg on both. If you need to dry more than 6 kg at a time, a separate dryer is the answer, as Bosch's own capacity figures show.
What to tell us
- The E-Nr from the rating plate, as a photo.
- The display, as a photo, with any code or light pattern.
- Which half fails: washing, drying or the changeover.
- The load: how much you put in, and which programme.
- What you tried: the programme, a smaller load, the filter.
- When it began: after a power cut, a move or a long idle spell.
- Any water, smell or tripped switch.
- Access: freestanding or built in, and your building's rules.
Frequently asked questions
What is a Bosch Serie 6 washer dryer?
A Bosch washer dryer from the mid-range Serie 6 family. The Bosch pages we read give 10 kg for washing and 6 kg for drying, with a UK listing at 9/6 kg.
How much will a Serie 6 washer dryer dry?
The Bosch pages give a drying capacity of 6 kg of cotton on the 10/6 kg models. Bosch UAE adds that a washer dryer works best when you do not fill it up too much.
Does the Serie 6 have Perfect Dry?
We did not find that name on the washer dryer pages we read. They list AutoDry. PerfectDry appears on Bosch's dishwasher pages.
What is AutoDry?
Bosch's page lists it as a moisture monitoring system, alongside time selection. It gives no detail on how it works.
Can I set the drying temperature?
Bosch's Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore pages list adjustable drying temperature as no.
Is the Bosch WNA244X0GC a Serie 6?
One UAE retailer lists it as a Series 4. We could not load Bosch's own page for it, so check the plate and the manual.
Why are my clothes still damp?
Often the load is too big. Bosch UAE says not to fill the machine too much. Our washer dryer page covers the other causes.
What does Bosch UAE say to do if it will not dry?
Its page recommends calling the Bosch customer service team and says faulty parts should be repaired by a professional.
How much does a repair cost in Dubai?
Typically AED 200 to 800 before 5% VAT, with the AED 99 inspection credited if you approve. The written quote gives the exact figure.
Is it worth repairing?
Usually, if the machine is under about ten years old and the repair is under half the price of a new one. Our washer dryer page gives the rule and examples.
How big is a Serie 6 washer dryer?
Bosch's Hong Kong and Malaysia pages give about 848 to 850 mm high, 598 mm wide and 590 mm deep, and about 80 kg. The door needs 1072 mm of depth when open at 90 degrees.
Can I dry a full 10 kg wash load?
Not in one go. The Bosch pages give 6 kg as the drying capacity, and Bosch UAE says not to fill the machine too much. Dry in two batches, or take some out first.
My washer dryer is under warranty. Should I still message you?
Contact Bosch first. We are an independent repair company and not an authorised Bosch agent, and a repair by us may not be covered by the manufacturer's warranty terms.
